Entries open for first R.A.C. Historic Asphalt round

Entries are now open for the opening round of the new Fuchs Lubricants R.A.C. Historic Asphalt Rally Championship, and places on the Bovington Stages (5/6 March) are filling rapidly.

Event regulations are available from

25 places were taken in the first 12 hours after the regulations were published and there are only 90 places available. So R.A.C. contenders are being urged to enter as quickly as possible.

The Bovington Stages, based near Dorchester, offers 90 stage miles for just £245 and features six stages each day. Documentation and scrutineering is open on Saturday morning and an early finish on Sunday will allow crews to start the journey home in good time.

The Fuchs Lubricants R.A.C. Historic Asphalt Rally Championship will be organised by the Roger Albert Clark Rally Motor Club and will be a dedicated asphalt championship for all categories of historic stage rally cars in 2016.

Please note that the Bovington Stages is a non-spectator event.

The rally is organised by Bournemouth and District Car Club.
